Our participation began with great momentum, represented by our General Manager, María Alejandra Giménez Uribe, and our Business Development Manager, Patricio Andres Giménez Uribe, who attended Chile Night—a special evening organized by the Chilean Embassy in Peru and ProChile Peru. The event lit up Arequipa in red and brought together key players from the mining industry of both countries.

In this 37th edition, we were honored by the presence of the Minister of Mining, Aurora Williams, along with ProChile authorities and representatives from the Chilean Embassy, who are leading a delegation committed to innovation, sustainability, and regional cooperation.

The event continued with a successful conference and networking session titled “Challenges, Projects, and Opportunities in Peru–Chile Mining,” featuring high-level presentations by:

🔹 Dominique Viera, APRIMIN

During the networking round, the guest mining company was Chinalco, represented by Alvaro Barrenechea Chávez, who gave an outstanding presentation on the company's projects and progress, strengthening the exchange of experiences and opportunities between both countries.

Later, members of the Peru–Chile Chamber of Commerce—of which Novamine is a member—had the opportunity to share our value propositions and present our high-impact technological solutions for safer, more efficient, and more sustainable mining.
