As part of institutional strengthening efforts and public–private collaboration, Alejandra Giménez, General Manager of Novamine and Director of E+MINERAS, participated in a working breakfast with the Minister of Mining, Aurora Williams. This meeting helped consolidate dialogue and address the main challenges facing the sector.

During the meeting, the Ministry of Mining’s ongoing support for the association was highlighted, along with the key milestones achieved by E+MINERAS in 2025, as well as the projections and lines of work that will shape the organization’s direction in 2026.

This gathering adds to E+MINERAS’s recent 2025 year-end event, which reflected the strength, cohesion, and commitment of its member businesswomen, as well as the trust placed by its strategic partners—especially the country’s leading mining companies, key players in driving a more diverse and inclusive industry.

Looking ahead to the coming year, Novamine and E+MINERAS move forward with renewed energy and a clear vision, focused on strengthening women’s leadership in the mining industry and promoting the development and consolidation of women-led companies, both in mining and across other productive sectors.
