Novamine announced its incorporation into AndesMETS, an association that brings together companies specialized in technological solutions, equipment, and services for the mining industry, with extensive experience in Chile and across the Andean region. This milestone marks a new step in the company’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and the sustainable development of the METS ecosystem.

As part of this milestone, Alejandra Giménez, General Manager of Novamine, took part in the AndesMETS 2025 Annual Retreat, a meeting aimed at reviewing the year’s progress and defining strategic priorities for the upcoming period.

Through strategic working groups, progress was made on initiatives aimed at strengthening the METS sector across three core areas:

• ETHOS: Proposals to deepen the values, culture, and identity that define the community.
• Mining Countries: Guidelines to strengthen internationalization in strategic markets such as Canada, the United States, and various countries across Latin America.
• Positioning: New actions to increase the visibility of the METS ecosystem and its member companies within the global mining industry.

The meeting helped consolidate a shared roadmap and reaffirmed the commitment to the sector’s technological development, where collaboration plays a decisive role.

With its incorporation into AndesMETS, Novamine reinforces its purpose of delivering solutions that promote a more collaborative, innovative, and globally minded mining industry, advancing alongside a network that shares the same values and future challenges of the industry.
